What's included
Diagnosis and repair for low-voltage systems like alarms, cameras, access control, intercoms, network/mesh, smart devices, and AV distribution. Technician arrives with a stocked van and basic materials.
Not included
Replacement hardware, specialty parts, permits, and lift rentals are billed separately at cost plus handling.
Good to know
- We bill in 30-minute increments after the first hour.
- Most service calls finish in 60-90 minutes when equipment is accessible.
- Please make sure someone 18+ is on site and pets are secured.
- We back our workmanship for 90 days on service repairs.
- Monitoring fees are separate and non-refundable.
- Monitoring fees DO NOT include alarm system tech support.
